Based on the enormous map that showed up on MechWarrior Online's developer blog today, it looks like our giant robot walkers will have no shortage of planets to stomp around on and shoot each other for control of. There's also a brief description of how faction warfare will play out, including the option to sign up with a non-affiliated mercenary corporation or just lone-wolf it and blow up whatever happens to stray into your crosshairs.
